From humble beginnings as a hole-in-the-wall eatery in Hong Kong’s Mong Kok, Chef Mak and Chef Leung founded the Tim Ho Wan yum cha brand in 2009. Our philosophy is to combine the freshest ingredients with the art of dim sum to deliver a product that is second to none. Our Story

In 2009, two top chefs joined forces to open their first hole- in-the-wall 20-seater dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong.

Our Menu

Our traditional yum cha menu evokes the golden era of the old Silk Road teahouses where dim sum is said to have its origins. Our Australian menu includes our world-renowned BBQ Pork Buns, silky vermicelli rolls and a variety of steamed dumplings - all your favourites.
